ELORA – Breakfast on the Farm is, fitting to its name, back on the farm.

Since 2020, an annual breakfast that would normally be held at a farm as a chance for people to learn about agriculture has had to shift twice to a drive-through event and once held at the Grand River Raceway.

This year, Breakfast on the Farm will be hosted at Cnossen Holsteins Dairy Farm outside Elora on June 17.

Organized by the Fergus Agricultural Society and Alma Optimist Club, Breakfast on the Farm includes on-site made eggs, pancakes, sausage, baked beans, milk and coffee.

There will also be family activities and a tour of the dairy farm.

Breakfast on the Farm runs 9 a.m to noon at Cnossen Holsteins Dairy Farm located at 6702 Wellington Rd. 7, Elora.

People over 13 cost $12, children five to 12 are $8 and under five are free.Tickets are bought at the gate, no advance tickets are available.
