On a moonlit night in August, 1926, Jacob Mercer returns from Toronto to the Newfoundland fishing village of his birth, hoping to win back his former sweetheart, Mary Snow. However, Mary is now engaged to Jerome McKenzie. Still confused and hurt by Jacob’s departure a year ago, she will not be easily wooed.
Warning, a fog machine is used in this production.
Salt-Water Moon by David French will be presented Feb. 3 – 18, 2023 at the Elmira Theatre.
