Elora Community Theatre is thrilled to be once again performing on the Fergus Grand Theatre stage after being closed by pandemic since February 2020. This holiday season join ECT as they perform Jane Eyre. The play is based on the classic novel by Charlotte Bronte.

After a bleak childhood, orphan Jane Eyre goes out into the world to become a governess. As she lives happily in her new position at Thornfield Hall taking care of the French child Adele, she meets the cold, and abrupt master of the house, Mr. Edward Rochester. Jane and her employer grow close in friendship, and she soon finds herself falling in love with him. Happiness seems to have found Jane at last, but could Mr. Rochester’s terrible secret destroy it forever?

December 10-12 & December 17-19, 2021
