PUSLINCH – The Township of Puslinch has released what members of council were paid in 2022 as required by the Municipal Act. 

The total salary, benefits and expenses paid out to the mayor and councillors was about $138,000, a slight increase over 2021 where it totalled nearly $132,000.

Mayor James Seeley total for 2022 was $30,500 in salary and benefits. Coun. Sara Bailey received $29,500 which included about $3,000 in expenses related to the ROMA conference. 

Councillors John Sepulis and Jessica Goyda got $25,300 and $26,200 respectively. 

Matthew Bulmer, who became a county councillor after the fall election, received $23,600. 

Newly elected Coun. Russel Hurst received $2,600.
