Earlier this year Contract CW2021-009 was awarded to Cox Construction of Guelph. The contract is to complete the installation of Traffic Signals and associated works at both the intersections of Wellington Road 18 and Gerrie Road in Elora and Wellington Road 18 and Beatty Line in Fergus.
Work is scheduled to commence on Aug. 3, 2021 and should be completed by the end of September.
No road closures are anticipated for the completion of the work, but be advised that traffic between Elora and Fergus along Wellington Road 18 will be impacted by the construction activities.
