The Grove Wellington Guelph is inviting parents and caregivers to come to two open house events so that they can see the spaces their youth are spending time in.

The Grove Wellington Guelph is a “one-stop-shop” for youth aged 12 to 26 designed to meet a wide range of needs including mental health, substance use, primary care, education, employment, training, housing and other community and social services.

The Grove’s doors are open to young people whether they are looking for well-being services or if they are simply looking for a safe place to hang out.

The open houses will allow parents to view The Grove Wellington Guelph space and ask questions about the programming that is offered.

As parents or caregivers, it is essential that they take part in their youths' mental health and well-being, and the open house events offer the opportunity to meaningfully engage with the resources and services offered by The Grove, the organization said in a news release.

The Fergus site open house will be held on Wednesday, March 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at 900 Tower St. S., Fergus.

The Palmerston site open house takes place on Thursday, March 30 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 390 Main St. E., Palmerston.

To learn more, call The Grove at 1-833-43-GROVE (47683).
