ERIN – A few businesses in the Town of Erin will be getting a little financial help to improve the look of their building and/or property.

The town has awarded $13,000 to three businesses through the Community Improvement Plan (CIP): Excel Fine Cars Inc., DanMichael Construction and Kulhay Wellness Centre.

The CIP promotes beautification and property improvements which can include the facade, signage, building improvements, landscape, parking and accessibility upgrades.

Each CIP application is analyzed and reviewed for its merit and alignment to criteria.

“Congratulations to all the recipients of the CIP funding. Healthy and sustained economic growth, improved community well-being, and increased local employment opportunities is a key priority for the town,” said mayor Allan Alls in a press release.

The next CIP application deadline will be Sept. 30. More information and where to apply can be found here.
