May 28th, 1978 - July 27th, 2022

Andrea Mae of Guelph, ON, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Guelph General Hospital, after a lifetime of health struggles, with the assistance of MAID.

Adored middle daughter of Bill and Charlotte Philp, Fergus, ON

Dearly loved and profoundly missed sister to Nicole Bennett, Campden, ON, and Paula (Darryl) Allen of Fergus.

Will be sorely missed by her nieces and nephew, Vanessa Bennett, Joshua Bennett and Olive Allen.

Predeceased by Grandparents, Howard and Ida Philp, Murray and Aileen McNamara,
Uncle Robert Campbell, Cousins, Patricia Campbell and Danny McNamara.

Andrea attended school in Niagara and after graduation moved to Toronto to further her education at The Harris Institute of Music Management. Upon graduation she managed a band she also played in, Dance Yourself to Death. She worked at Much Music, Attic Records and Sunrise Records and M-Cube until her health deteriorated.

She volunteered at The 1999 Much Music Video Awards, Canadian Musicians Magazine 25th Anniversary Party and The 2000 Juno Awards.

She was employed by Fabric Land, Toronto until 2014 when further health issues forced her take total disability. She was kind to all and had a killer sense of humour with a mega-watt smile.
