Born in Chatham Ontario June 11, 1926 passed peacefully on May 27, 2023 at Caressant Care Arthur formerly of Fergus in his 97th year.
Predeceased by beloved wife Rhea Charlotte, loving father of James Reinhardt, John (Marie) Reinhardt, David (Shelagh) Reinhardt and Linda (Jori) Adank. Cherished grandpa to Erin (Dave) Swanson-Reinhardt, Sarah (Brandon) Moore, Sharon (Chee) Seng Tan, Kevin (Erin) Reinhardt, Kurt Reinhardt, Michael Reinhardt, and great-grandpa to Jared (Cassie), Emma, Lily, Ava, Neala, Jack, Brayden, Charlotte, Wesley, William, Fionnula, Brady, Kaia, Allie & Owen, and many great nieces & nephews. He was also predeceased by his parents Louis, Martha & sister Margaret.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Summit Medical for Fred’s care over the years, the staff at the Heritage River Retirement Home & Caressant Care Long Term care unit for their compassion in caring for Fred.
