A 21-year-old Mount Forest man faces charges after Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a reported vehicle theft from a residence on Henry Street in Mount Forest.
As a result of the investigation a suspect has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, possession property obtained by crime over $5,000 and failure to comply with undertaking, contrary to the Criminal Code, a news release stated. Further, the accused was also charged with drive motor vehicle - no licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on June 6.
