On March 6, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residence in Centre Wellington and entered into an intimate partner violence investigation.
As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old resident of Guelph has been charged with uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm - spousal. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario court of justice in Guelph, On May 5, 2023.
