Traffic stop leads to charges for Halton Hills driver

ERIN - On March 16, 2023 at approximately 9:30 p.m., an officer stopped a pickup truck on Trafalgar Road near Wellington Road 124 for a Highway Traffic Act violation.

As a result of the investigation, a 45-year-old from Halton Hills, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, drive motor vehicle - no license, and fail to stop at a red light.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, Guelph, on May 12, 2023.
