Sparkle Factor offers Coaching, Counselling and Support for life, health and general wellness. The Coach, Trish Burch HCA-RHC, SSW, is a Registered Health Coach as well as a Registered SSW with Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and uses her knowledge and experience to guide and motivate clients towards Whole Person Health.

Health Coaching

Having a Health Coach is like having your own personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and navigational assistant on your health improvement journey. Whether you are trying to navigate a recent medical diagnosis, or simply looking to improve your general health and create positive habits Health Coaching is a great choice to get you where you need to be.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness is more than the number on the scale, physical health, or acceptance of life. Wellness is the balancing and combining of all the aspects that can be found within the Wellness Wheel including Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial and Intellectual. Wellness is feeling joy, gratitude, and overall life satisfaction on a daily basis.

Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching uses a combination of talk therapy and coaching strategies to figure out where you are at, where you want to be and the underlying reasons on both sides. This knowledge is then applied to set goals for the future and create strategies on how to reach them effectively.
Therapeutic Coaching can be used and is effective in all areas of Health and Wellness.
