NEWS RELEASE
CENTRE WELLINGTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
*************************
The Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) is thrilled to announce the nominees for this year’s Awards of Excellence, presented by OLG and the Township of Centre Wellington, as well as share details for the upcoming gala event.

The gala event will take place on May 30 and will be both in-person, at The GrandWay Events Centre, and livestreamed, allowing anyone to tune-in virtually at no cost to them.

“Our goal is, as always, to recognize our nominees, sponsors, and winners to the best of our ability, with a reach that extends to the far corners of the CW community and beyond,” comments Sally Litchfield, CEO of the Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce.

“We were pleased to see another record year in terms of nominations, receiving close to 70 unique nominations across 11 categories,” added Ashley-Ann Maginnis who returned this year as the chair of the adjudication committee.

New this year was the opportunity for people to submit additional testimonials for the Customer Service Excellence nominees. With more than 50 submissions in support of the 14 nominees in that category, the adjudication committee will have extra accounts of how these businesses have serviced our community.
