ERIN – A watermain break is impacting some parts of Erin and residents are asked to conserve water.

A notice from the Town of Erin said a watermain was broken early this afternoon in the Cataract Trail area.

This break is impacting the industrial and Stanley Park areas. Users may experience no water or very little flow volume.

The notice said the town's water tower is currently at 56 per cent and residents are asked to conserve water.

Repair crews are on the way and the break is expected to be fixed late this afternoon or early evening.
