Beginning next month, Sashbear Family Foundation will host weekly evidence-based programming for families and loved ones focused on regulating emotional challenges, impulse control, managing stress and maintaining positive relationships.

The 12-week Family Connections fall group programming will start in September and provide skills, support and hope for family members and friends of individuals experiencing emotional challenges.

By providing different strategies, coping skills, language, and tips, the sessions approach emotional challenges from a caregiver's perspective the peer-to-peer programming attempts to achieve balance, teach relationship skills, and improve knowledge for families and loved ones.
