ELORA – A local environmental program is hosting an Earth Day celebration at an Elora park.
Tree Trust has organized a celebration on Monday at Victoria Park starting at 10 a.m.
The event will feature speeches, historical insights by Al Koop, student presentations, musical performances by local artists, a tree care demonstration and the unveiling of a sponsored tree.
Attendees will also be encouraged to learn how they can be involved with Tree Trust.
Tree Trust is a program of the Elora Environment Centre with a mission to help preserve legacy trees in communities across Southern Ontario.
