Carrying a Dream - Peru Documentary

Central Church - 7674 Colborne St., Elora

A documentary premiere about two local men’s  journey through the mountains of Peru where they pushed themselves to the limits over a nine-day unsupported trek to explore Inca trails and ruins.

Belwood Lions Pike Derby

Belwood Lake Conservation Area - 8282 Wellington Rd. 18, Belwood

6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The 42 annual pike derby with adult and youth categories.

Elora Farmers’ Market

Bissell Park - 127 East Mill St., Elora

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Farmers’ market on the banks of the Grand River. Runs each Saturday until the fall. 

Elora Famers’ Market 2nd Annual Smoke and Syrup Festival

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Rescheduled date for a fundraiser pancake breakfast with smoked sides cooked by the chef and students from the Food School. Proceeds go towards the CW Community Dinner Project.

Fergus Fibre Festival

The third annual Fibre Festival returns to Downtown Fergus. 

Art by the Pond

Hillsburgh Library - 9 Station St., Hillsburgh

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A sculpture unveiling by artist Jennifer McKinnon alongside plein air painting, music and performances, drum circle, food and other vendors. 

Spring Rural Romp

Various locations in Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A self-guided tour of local farms, markets and greenhouses in north Wellington County. Full list of participating locations can be found here.

Town of Erin’s Touch-a-Truck

Erin Town Hall Grounds - 5684 Trafalgar Rd. Hillsburgh

10 a.m. to noon

Get up close and personal with town vehicles from the roads, fire and emergency services departments. 

Mystical Witches Night Market
