ELORA – It was an uneven weekend for Elora’s senior hockey team but the Rocks put on a dominating performance on home ice for the first time this season.
On Friday Oct. 13, the Elora Rocks handily beat the Orangeville Blitz 12-3 at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex. This was the team’s first home game and win of the season so far.
The following day, the Rocks came up a little bit short on the road against the Delhi Flames losing 5-4.
Elora has another home game this Friday against the Alvinston Killer Bees at 8:30 p.m. at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex. The team is then on the road again taking on the Woodstock Lakers.
