April 13th, 1964 - December 6th, 2023
Patti Bird (Armstrong) died peacefully at home, lovingly surrounded by family and friends on December 6, 2023 at the age of 59. Married to the love of her life, Russ Bird for over 32 years, proud mother of Jodi Bird and Stacey Bird (Shane Kunderman), loving grandmother of Jack and Tess “Rambo” Kunderman-Bird, and their soon-to-be baby brother. Patti will be sadly missed by her siblings, Ann (Dan), Jayne (Dennis), John, Susie (John), and Billy (Sherry), along with her many nieces and nephews whom she loved so dearly.
Patti will be remembered for many things; her cooking and baking, her parties, and her love of music. There were few things Patti loved more than to host and entertain. Her legacy will live on in the many different recipes we have come to love over the years. She was happiest when surrounded by good friends and good food with a drink in her hand.
A celebration of life will be held in Summer 2024. Patti wanted us all to enjoy a day filled with music and partying in her “happy place” - the cottage. We look forward to remembering her and celebrating her at this time.
