PAGE, Donna

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Marie Page on August 17th, 2022 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by her daughter, Mary. Survived by her beloved husband, John Page, of 50 years this September. She will be sadly missed by her two children, Rob (Angela) and Amy; and her grandchildren, Ryeley, (Amy) Brandon, Bradley, Nicholas (Rob) and her parents, Ron and Dolores Cordes, and her siblings, Patricia Whitechurch (Jim), Paul Cordes (Laurie), Brian Cordes (Annette), Howard Cordes (Wendy), Marion MacRae (Shane) and Linda Wong (K.C.). She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews, Donna was candid and honest. She kept her sense of humour until the end. Donna was an amazing quilter and she loved to sew, knit, crochet, do ceramics, woodworking and painting. Donna loved her dogs Rosey and Lisa. But most of all she loved her family. Her struggle with Alzheimer’s was brave and admirable. She never lost her sense of humour. Special thanks to Twin Oaks of Maryhill staff. They took care of Donna with kindness and dignity. It is difficult to conceive of a future without Donna. She will leave a huge hole in all our hearts. She died peacefully with her husband and son at her side.
