$10K in tools taken from vehicle in Elora

The theft happened sometime between 2:10 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Thursday

On July 6, 2023 the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle on Halls Drive, Elora. It was reported that sometime between 2:10 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., unknown person(s) stole approximately $10,000 worth of tools from the victim's vehicle. The unknown person(s) left in a dark coloured vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding this incident should contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip online here. You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
