A 44-year-old Arthur man faces a pair of drunk driving charges following his arrest last week in Shelburne.
Dufferin OPP officers stopped the man’s vehicle just before 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 following a traffic complaint.
“Officers located the vehicle and were quickly led into an impaired operation investigation,” states a police news release.
The accused is charged with driving while impaired and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood.
In addition to the charges, the man’s licence was automatically suspended and his vehicle impounded.
