Damage to building leads to mischief, break and enter charges

Police have laid charges after an incident north of Guelph.

Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police say on March 11 officers responded to a report of an unwanted party at a complex on Highway 6. 

It was reported an unwanted person had caused damage to a building.

After an investigation, a 33-year-old from Guelph was charged with two counts of break and enter and mischief under $5,000, police said in a news release.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on May 2.
