On April 10, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance at a business in Arthur. It was reported that an individual was failing to comply with release orders related to intimate partner violence charges.
As a result of the investigation, a 24-year-old from Elmira, has been charged with failure to comply with release order. The accused was held for bail.
