Jewelry stolen from Fergus store during Sunday morning break-in

Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a Break and Enter to a retailer on St Andrew Street East, Fergus. At approximately 4:30 a.m., on January 21, 2024, unknown suspects forced entry into the retail store and stole a quantity of jewelry.

The OPP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person responsible for the theft. The first suspect is described as a male with a large build, wearing a black hat. The second suspect is described as a male with a medium build. The suspects were operating a stolen black Sport Utility Vehicle (S.U.V.) from the Guelph area. Police would also like to identify a yellow/black sedan that was witnessed in the area.
