TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH - Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a break and enter to a church in Mount Forest. Sometime between the evening of Dec. 16, 2023 and the morning of Dec. 17, 2023, an unknown suspect forced entry into the church and stole a variety of electronics.
The OPP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person responsible for the theft. See surveillance video posted to our social media page.
Anyone with any information related to this occurrence is asked to call investigators at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous; you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip online. You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
