On Feb. 2, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a medical emergency at a residence on Concession 9, west of Arthur. Initial reports indicated that three individuals were found unresponsive.
Emergency services responded and transported all three to hospital., where a 28-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula was pronounced deceased.
The Office of the Chief Coroner was notified and the investigation is ongoing.
