Police investigate theft of vehicle, credit card

Nissan Juke stolen in Rothsay, then credit card stolen, which is later used at gas station in Kitchener

Police are investigating after after a vehicle and credit card were stolen, and the credit was later used at a gas station.

In a news release, Wellington County OPP said sometime after 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 12, a blue 2016 Nissan Juke was stolen from a residence in Rothsay. 

Sometime after 12:30 a.m., Dec. 13, a credit card was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence at Twelfth Line. 

At approximately 3:45 a.m., a theft from a vehicle occurred at a residence on Fourteenth Line, involving the stolen Juke. 

At approximately 5:15 a.m., the credit card was used at a gas station on King Street North in Kitchener. 

Surveillance has captured images of two parties operating the stolen vehicle and an unidentified red GMC Yukon.

Investigators are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the persons from the photos.
