Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a theft at a retail business in Fergus. It was reported that at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 17 unknown persons acquired the wallet of a shopper at St David Street North business. At approximately 4:20 p.m., unknown persons used payment cards from the wallet at a retailer in Guelph.

Investigators are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the persons observed in this surveillance photo.
