Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a third person in a drug trafficking investigation in Arthur.
A 19-year-old of Wellington North was charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario court of justice - Guelph, on May 3.
On March 20 the CSCU of the Wellington County OPP concluded a drug trafficking investigation and executed a search warrant in Arthur, Kitchener and North Dumfries. A 28-year-old from Wellington North and 31-year-old from Kitchener were charged. A firearm and drugs were seized.
