Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a theft at a Mapleton business. On Dec. 9, 2023 at approximately 8:30 p.m., three suspects, using an un-plated, grey sport utility vehicle (SUV) with an attached utility trailer, stole a wood chipper valued at $4,500.

The OPP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the persons or vehicle involved.

Suspects descriptions:

Involved 1: Caucasian, khaki pants, black jacket, black boots, black cap, face covered.

Involved 2: Caucasian, dark pants, black jacket, black boots, black cap, face covered.

Involved 3 (Driver) : Caucasian, black jacket, brown hair.
