Elizabeth Margaret McCracken. Beth, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday November 22 at the Wellington Terrace in Centre Wellington.
Deeply loved and cherished by her husband Bob through 63 years of marriage and family life.
Loving Mother of Jeff (Paula) of Drayton and Chris (Laura) of Elora, and “Gram” to Abbey (Curtis Abagi), Bronte, Moriah, Callum, Blythe, and Keegan.
Pre-deceased by her brother Ward Minielly, loving aunt to Janice and Craig. And special God Mother to Milena Santoro.
Registered Nurse by vocation, Mom was passionately involved throughout her life in community theatre, community engagement, the arts and photography. Most known for her beautiful voice as she sang in all circumstances and occasions as well as in chamber and church choirs and solo gigs with friends. Mom had the gift of sharing her love for life and all people with whomever she met.
Funeral Service will be held at Hope Springs United Church in Elora, Monday November 27 at 2pm. 75 Geddes St. Elora.
Visitation will be held at Graham Giddy’s Funeral Home, Sunday, November 26 from 2-4 pm and 6-8pm. 280 St. David St. Fergus.
The family wants to thank all the staff, our Wellington Terrace family, who have so compassionately and professionally, cared for mom and supported Dad (Bob) over these past 6 years. Memorial Donations will be gratefully directed towards the Wellington Terrace.
