Toronto advance voter turnout down nearly 30 per cent compared to record-setting 2014
Toronto is reporting turnout at advance polls is down for the second consecutive election despite an extended voting period. The city says 115,911 people cast a ballot at one of the 50 advance voting places across the city between Oct. 7 and 14.
